Keeper Fantasy Leagues:
Judging trades for fairness will be one of the hardest task a commissioner will have to undertake. Trades are completely subjective to individually opinion. And a good trade to one team may be an unfair one to another team. The main thing a person should keep in minding when keeping trades fair. Is that the trade should improve both teams somehow in some way. If it doesn't it should not be allowed to go through. This is harder to do in keeper leagues because you have to judge players for future seasons.
