1. Join your free service again or a new one and set up your league configuration. You will basically have the same league configuration except for any minor changes you or the league will want to make. Just adjust the league configurations accordingly.
2. Next invite the owners. Sometimes owners can not participate the next season, quit or are asked to leave. At this point you will have to gather new owners if need be. I actually have made a waiting list for people who would like to join my private league.
3. All you have to do now is conduct your draft. If your owners can only do an online draft you will have to use an instant messenger service. The web site template has a web page you can set up for a free chat room available from Bravenet.com.
4. After deciding on the instant messenger to use you have to pick a time all owners can get together. If anyone can't make the particular time, they can have a substitute or send a prerank list to the commish to use for the draft.
5. Also, you will have to determine a draft order and have a list to keep track of all player acquisitions. This list should all ready have keeper players listed for every team on it. With players all ready on the rosters you will have less numbers of rounds to draft players. Your roster size minus keeper players. Now you can conduct your draft.
6. When the draft is over just upload the final rosters to the free fantasy sport service and your set for the next season.
As you can see this is a very easy process. If you like sports, like I do and have a little time to put into it. The rewards for a keeper league like this is well worth it.
