Pre Ranking Instructions

It is crucial for teams NOT drafting live or to have your own custom rankings show in the draft room that all teams Pre-Rank. KFL will double check to make sure all teams have put their team into "computer pick" mode for teams that are not drafting live.
Complete all the steps below to ensure a smooth and enjoyable draft.
Quick Note before you rank players. Test a few positions first to make sure your system is compatible and it will save your changes. Better to find out quickly so we can resolve it, then to spend a few hours doing it then find out it didn't save.
1 - Go to your team home page and Enter Draft.
2 - Click Rank Players or Set Rankings. This will popup the rankings page. On this page go to the drop down menu box for "Set Site to Pick By". And select one of the 3 options there (I Will Pick, Computer Pick or Compueter Smart Pick, Explained on the actual page).
3 - If you have chosen the computer to make your picks. You then have to go to EACH ROUND listed below that and choose what position to draft in each round. Important! Use POSITIONS and NOT OVR (OVR is not recommended unless you use the left hand menu to rank players overall). Note, the Overall Rankings list on this page will not show in the draft room. Neither will the UT position if using the Original Ranking Page.
4 - After click SUBMIT and make sure your Settings are saved. If you are not drafting live the system will now draft players from the positions you picked for each round and go by the default player rankings. To create your own Custom Rankings read the details below.
5 - It is REQUIRED and IMPORTANT to check and create your own Custom Pre Rankings for each Position. If not your team will draft from the default settings and is not guaranteed. To check and create your own Custom Rankings go to Rank Players or Set Rankings. This will bring up the page that was used above to set your team to manual or pc pick.
6 - There is the first ranking page that uses overall. And the second rankings page that ranks players at each position. Use the appropriete page for your situation. IMPORTANT!! Check each rankings page to make sure there are no discrepancies. Example, players ranked that are retired, out of place, ect. If there is anything usual just click on RESET ALL TO DEFAULT RANK twice, this will update the rankings. After double check.
7 - Note. OVR or UT will not show in the actual draft room. Only as described above. Use the second rankings page to rank players in the order you like to draft them and when complete click submit. Do this by changing the Rank # in the column for Pos. Rankings.
8 - Click save and your rankings are now set. IMPORTANT after check to make sure they are saved.
Note, if teams do not prerank correctly or do not show up for the draft and have no prerankings that team will be drafted by the default settings for your team and is again not guaranteed.
