Legal Residents of all 50 states and Washington DC, excluding Idaho, Maine, Montana, Utah and Vermont, are eligible to pay with paypal. Legal Residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, are eligible to pay with paypal and participate in contests offered by the Web Site.

All KeeperFantasyLeagues.net and .com contests that award prizes are sports simulation games ("fantasy games") where the outcome of the game is based on the skill of the participants. Strike or Holdout
In the event of a professional strike or holdout. Teams and Leagues will carry over to the next season.
The Commissioner:
The commissioner of a Fantasy league is responsible for coordinating and managing the league.
KeeperFantasyLeagues.net and .com will serve as the commissioner for all KeeperFantasyLeagues.net and .com Fantasy leagues. We will therefore be responsible for resolving any disputes that arise regarding unbalanced trades, alleged rules violations or anything else.
The website is not sponsored or endorsed by any way affiliated with, endorsed or licensed by any Professional Sports Organization, League, Team or Athlete.
