     Answer - It mostly depends on your team needs and without knowing your roster or keepers. I would have to say if you can spare a pitcher and need batting you really have no choice but to go ahead and make the trade. I put Lee a bit higher than Dice-K straight up, but if at all possible I would try to keep him and deal someone else.
