Not Keeping 2 Keepers?
Question from: MNB

Question - We run a limited keeper league with restrictions on the keepers. Only 2 guys per team, and no player drafted in the first 10 rounds may be kept (so most of the superstars are still available, but the up and coming stars you can invest in). The problem is, what do we do with teams who don't want to keep even 2 players? When should they get extra draft picks to fill their roster? Should they get supplemental picks at the end of the draft, or should they get them in the 11th/12th round? Any other options? Thanks.

Answer - We have leagues where teams sometimes have an odd number of keeper players. For example, we have a 14 round draft and teams keep 12 players no matter what. But, with trades, some teams will have more keeper players and / or draft picks. Regardless, we run the draft as normal for 14 rounds. If teams are short players or have more than the roster limit after the draft, they can adjust their rosters by adding, dropping players, ect. Within 24 or 48 hours or so after the draft.

In your case, I would say fine you don't have to keep players, but teams who do that will have to adjust their rosters after the draft. No extra or special picks. It is their choice not to keep players for whatever reason and I don't think it needs special consideration.
