1 1 1 1 30 Manning,PeytonIND6 Highs - Plans on playing for 8 more years and is under contract to 2012. He should be the first QB drafted in all leagues. And the only QB that should be drafted in the 1st round. Note Manning has never missed a game. E. James gone means the running game may not be as effective as it has been in the past. This may give Manning more pass attempts, yardage and TDs.
Lows - If the Colts are a lock for the playoffs. He may sit the last game of the regular season. This will only effect leagues that play a week 17 in their fantasy playoffs.

2 1.7 5 1 26 Palmer,CarsonCIN5 Highs -  Palmer is into his sophomore year with the Bengals. And look for him to have his best season yet with an improved Cincy team.
Lows -  Palmer is recovering from an injury sustained last season and may be questionable for week 1 opening day. The good news is that he is reported to be ahead of schedule and should be ready for week 1.
3 1.7 2 1 29 Brady,TomNE6 Highs - Passed for over 4000 yards last season to set a personal career record. He also had over 25 TDs passing, 3 out of the last 4 seasons. Expect similar numbers for the 2006 season.
Lows - No real super star receiver for the Pats. But Brady all ways seems to get  plenty of TDs and Yardage.
4 2.7 7 1 25 Manning,EliNYG4 Highs -  Eli had a superb 2nd full season and should continue the trend this season with Toomer and Burress for great targets.
Lows – Has a lot of pressure to have the same stats as last season and take the Giants to the playoffs.
5 3.3 4 1 29 McNabb,DonovanPHI9 Highs -  Without the T.O. distractions look for McNabb to return to his prior top 5 QB form.
Lows - Coming of an injury and possible lack of receiving talent.
6 3.7 3 1 30 Hasselbeck,MattSEA5 Highs -  Has put up solid #’x the last 3 seasons plus. Has only missed 2 games in the last 4 years. Has a solid core of receivers.
Low - Needs receivers to stay healthy.
7 5.7 6 1 29 Bulger,MarcSTL7 Highs  - Can put up great #’s when healthy. Currently says he has no pain in his throwing arm.
Lows – Coming of an injury that caused Bulger to miss 8 games last season.
8 7 12 1 24 Roethlisberger,BenPIT4 Highs -  Will continue to put up big numbers and get more experience. Expect career numbers in 2006.
Lows -  Super Bowl hangover?
9 10.3 11 1 29 Culpepper,DaunteMIA8 Highs -  Will be playing for a new team that has many options.
Lows - Questionable for the start of the season. But looks real good in camp and is ahead of schedule.
10 10.3 13 1 27 Brees,DrewNO7 Highs - Has great targets in Horn and Stallworth. Has proven his talent in SD.
Lows - Coming of an injury that has him questionable for the season opener. And will have to prove himself on a new team.
