Fantasy Question: Keeper Draft Dilemma?

Question - I have a dilemma with my leagues draft this year. We decided to start a keeper league however did not define rules for the future drafts. We decided that you can keep 0-3 players but did not say what picks you would give up the next year. I've done some research and found that some leagues don't allow players in rounds 1 and/ 2,3 to be kept. This is not an option because I know people draft players early to keep them and it would be unfair to them. However, we wanted a players value to increase, i.e. a kept player drafted in the 6th loses a 5th or 4th round pick. So now I'm not sure what to do. Any suggestions?

Question - I am in a 10 team keeper league. I can keep 4 or 5 players. We have a performance scoring system. (Pts. for receptions, rushing yards...etc.) What players should I keep? I pick 6th.

2 -Would you pull the trigger on a trade that would let go Willie Parker for Cendric Benson, Vernon Davis and Chris Chambers and at the same time would use all but one point of my cap space?

or

3 -Pull the trigger on a trade that send Parker and gives me Benson, Davis and a 2nd rounder (instead of Chambers) and replace him with Stallworth?
