Fantasy Question: Salary Cap Of 110M?

Question - I am in a 12 team keeper league with salary cap of 110M and a 14 player (including defense and kicker) roster to fill under that cap. Our league scoring system rewards all skill players points for touchdowns, running, and passing yardage. The running backs and wide receivers also get points for number of catches. I must sign 4 keepers to contracts ranging from 1 to 4 years. Which players listed below should I keep, and in what order should I assign their contracts? Player values were established after our 2006 draft. I have to designate my 3 and 4 year contract keepers by the end of this month. To further complicate this decision, my draft position will be 11th in a non-snaking draft. Thank you for answering my questions. Lou.

QB: Vince Young (1M), Philip Rivers (1M), and Tony Romo (1M)
RB: Steven Jackson (28M), Edgerrin James (29M), J. Norwood (3M), and Corey Dillon (13M)

Fantasy Question: Trade Maurice Jones-Drew

Question - I drafted Maurice Jones-Drew in the 14th round in the dynasty league that my friends and I created last year. I was offered a 2007 1st round pick (#2 overall) and his 2008 1st round pick (TBD) for Jones-Drew and my 2007 1st round pick (#8 overall). I assume that I would be drafting Marshuan Lynch with the 2007 pick...should I hold on to Jones-Drew or trade him???
