Question - My keepers are due to the commissioner in 48 hours , Please help with this last choice.

12 teams head to head 5x5 yahoo default scoring. Each team must keep at least 10 from last season but no more than 12. I plan on 10 but should I add one more to 11 with...Brandon Phillips ???

Howie Kendricks is a free agent and is a better choice or do I keep Brandon Phillips PLEASE this is a tough decision my other keepers are below among my final roster.
